General Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to be a part of a dynamic team of professionals within the Catering industry. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting restaurant staff members as required
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints 
  • Respond to client enquiries in a timely manner. 
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share. 
  • Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively. 
  • Enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.

  • Be able to work well under pressure.

  • Have excellent English written and verbal skills.
  • Working knowledge of human-resources processes.
  • Be in possession of a B driving license. 
  • Strong decision-making ability.


Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
